Healey Solicitors is a personal injury law practice based on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria.

The firm was established in 2009 and is owned and operated by lawyer Jane Healey.

Jane is an experienced litigator and LIV accredited specialist in personal injury law (Victoria). Before starting her own practice Jane worked for mid tier practices in Melbourne and Geelong, as well as smaller practices on the Mornington Peninsula.

Jane gained personal injury law specialist accreditation in Victoria in 1993 and has both plaintiff and defendant litigation experience. Since 1995 Jane’s practice has been exclusively personal injury law conducted primarily in the Supreme and County Court jurisdictions in Victoria acting mainly for plaintiffs. Practice areas include motor accident TAC claims, workplace injury, fatal accidents, public & occupiers’ liability, injuries abroad, professional negligence claims and insurance claims. Areas of particular interest are neurological injuries including subtle brain injury, acquired brain injury and serious orthopaedic injuries.

Current memberships include the Law Institute of Victoria and Australian Lawyers’ Alliance.
